 "We first contacted Stephanie Nelson via e-mail in early February 2007 and requested her assistance in helping us to make a smooth transition back to the USA. We could never have expected the quality and quantity of help she provided through her constant flow of e-mails and the fantastic photos and home details contained in the account information file she created for us so we could view properties online.
We traveled from the Netherlands to Sugar Land for a one-week house-hunting trip and Stephanie made sure we were able to see every property we had expressed interest in and was invaluable in pointing out the good and the not-so-good points about the various houses. Within a couple of days we realized we really should have a new house built to our specifications and signed a contract for the construction just before returning to the Netherlands. However, the new house would not be ready until at least late August and we'd planned to arrive in the Sugar Land area in early June. Again, Stephanie came to the rescue by locating a beautiful, fully furnished house for us to lease while ours was being built.
Perhaps the best outcome of all this is that we were fortunate in finding the best realtor we'd ever had (and we'd bought three other houses - each in a different country) and having Stephanie as a friend makes it all perfect!"

 Stephanie is the best Realtor that we have ever worked with!!! We have bought and sold 4 homes and we have never dealt with the level of expertise and professionalism that we experienced with Stephanie. Marketing is very important when it comes to selling a home and Stephanie did not just do the same old stuff that all of the other agents do that just waste time, she found ways to get local and out of town customers to come to our home. She also guided/advised us to make the small changes to our home that would help us make our home more appealing to prospective buyers. Lastly, Stephanie was very responsive to our nervous calls; she would call us back with in an hour whenever we called with any questions/concerns. You can use another agent, but you will never experience the results that we did.
